August 15, 2005 - Day 44 of Remodel

Today we moved out of our house for the remainder of the remodel.

Since the remodel requires installation of a new roof, and relocation of our only bathroom, moving out was a necessity.

August 12, 2005 - Day 42 of Remodel

The crews have put in the heating vents and the rough flooring.








The retaining wall concrete footing has also been poured. There is over four feet of concrete footing. The crew is now working on the
rebar framing for the actual retaining wall.

August 5, 2005 - Day 35 of Remodel

The crews have put in the rough plumbing.

You can see the pipes for the external hose bibs, and the master bedroom shower and sinks, as well as the sewer lines for the master bedroom sinks and toilets.
