Home Remodel - Day 1

Eight years after our last remodel, we are starting chapter two of our remodel -- a 768 square foot addition that will bump our front living room out three feet and add two bedrooms and a bathroom to a new second story.

Final plans were approved by the City on Tuesday, July 9, and today we moved the last remaining items out of the house and into storage.

Construction is slated to begin on Monday.
